Ken is an accomplished project management professional with over 25 years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying. He leads the project management, costing, and scheduling practice for a Canadian nuclear energy company, bringing extensive expertise in project controls, stakeholder management, e-commerce, and digital innovation. Ken's diverse experience spans multiple industries, including construction, oil and gas, and nuclear energy. Known for his empathetic leadership and high emotional intelligence, Ken is passionate about creating projects that deliver substantial value and impact. He is dedicated to empowering lives and making a meaningful difference in the community, particularly within the BIPOC community. Ken has successfully led numerous corporate and community initiatives, consistently driving positive outcomes.
Sade, a Managing Director at KPMG's Risk Management Audit and Independence Group, boasts 30+ years in Public Accounting. As leader of the US and Latin America Conflicts Center of Excellence, she navigates risk management and conflicts, shaping processes for identifying and managing conflicts of interest under AICPA and IESBA policies. Sade has led multidisciplinary teams in Risk Management and Advisory, aiding clients in contract assessment, process re-engineering, strategy development, and information security. Noteworthy roles include U.S. Ethics and Independence Provision of Services Sentinel leader and national risk management director for Deal Advisory.
Sade contributes to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, serving on KPMG's Business Resources Groups Advisory board.
With an extensive background in leading Oracle GRC practice, she is a pivotal force in the firm's strategic and ethical landscape.
Ola is a visionary, purpose driven transformational leader and founder of JavaHope Foundation. An accomplished professional with a wealth of expertise and credentials; including a merit award in Economics and being the first certified Business analyst (CBAP), in the province of Alberta. With a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Degrees from both Cornell University, USA, and Queens University in Canada, Ola has over 25 years of experience in strategy and business architecture, digital innovation and transformation, project management, management consulting,
strategic advisory, performance management, business analysis, and Information Technology governance. An Accenture alum with proven track records in helping organizations identify and unlock value through digital innovation, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, and transformational leadership.
An author, strategist and sought after speaker, Ola is passionate about creating and driving innovative and impactful initiatives that deliver value to her clients and community.
Fehintoluwa is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, UK) with a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Henley Business School, University of Reading, United Kingdom. She is deeply passionate about leveraging process improvements and digital transformation to enhance risk management.
Fehintoluwa is also a candidate at Yale University, where she aspires to pursue a Ph.D. in Management, furthering her dedication to advancing knowledge and innovation in the field.
Oyindamola is a dedicated corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience and a compassionate approach. Based in Calgary, Alberta, she serves as in-house legal counsel in the oil and gas sector, where she provides strategic legal advice that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Oyindamola holds a Master's degree in International Commercial Law from Swansea University in Wales and is a member of both the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of Alberta. Her commitment extends beyond her professional role, as she is also deeply invested in making a positive impact in her community.
