The Ola Ifidon RISE Award

The Ola Ifidon RISE Award was established to recognize and celebrate young individuals who demonstrate resilience, courage, and determination in the face of adversity. RISE stands for Resilience, Impact, Strength, and Excellence, qualities we believe deserve to be seen, honored, and supported.
This award is designed for middle and high school students who are rising above personal, social, academic, or economic challenges while continuing to pursue growth and excellence. It is not about perfection. It is about perseverance. It is about recognizing students who choose to rise, again and again.
Through financial support toward their academic or career aspirations, public recognition, and community celebration, the RISE Award affirms that their journey matters and their future is bright.
